Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Perimeter Patrol Driver

About the Role

As a Full Time Unarmed Perimeter Patrol Driver Security Officer in Kailua, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. You will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This role supports a welcoming environment through clear communication, professionalism, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, access control, and compliance with facility procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$25.76 per hour.

• Monday: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tuesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
