As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Documentation in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post offers the opportunity to support a welcoming environment through clear communication, observation, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patrons, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the store, surrounding common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
- Help to deter theft, trespassing, disruptive behavior, and other unauthorized activity through a professional presence and timely reporting.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule: Daytime, Monday–Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sunday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
