About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Reporting in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will use clear communication and a people-first approach while supporting a reliable, innovative team that acts with integrity and responds with agility.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Full Time. Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour. Schedule: Day Time, Monday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Tuesday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Wednesday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Saturday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM.
