As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Assurance in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and patients. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to site needs.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a pharmaceutical healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and complete required reports in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour. Job Schedule: DayTime Monday 11:30 PM - 07:30 AM, Tuesday 11:30 PM - 07:30 AM, Friday 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Saturday 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Sunday 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM. Position Type: Full Time.
