Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial (and more) as a Full Time Unarmed Security Officer conducting Interior Patrol at a parts distribution and logistics facility in York, PA.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
• Conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.
• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and reporting maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
