Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and site information, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
- Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
