Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or building personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building common areas in accordance with site procedures for a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including interior spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and reporting concerns.
• Assist with maintaining accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and communication with site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
