Security Officer Full Time Second Shift

About the Role

As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Issuance in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to established commercial property procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain access-control records, including visitor entries, incidents, and unusual activity, in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Schedule

Day Time: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
