As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Queue Management in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, welcoming visitors, managing access, responding to security‑related concerns, and providing exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and service requests in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of front‑desk activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and access concerns to appropriate personnel and complete required reports.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per Hour

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
