Security Officer Full Time - Reception

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will welcome residents and guests, manage access control, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors at a residential front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the property, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization as required, and maintain visitor and vendor logs.
• Receive calls, deliveries, and resident inquiries; provide directions and communicate concerns to appropriate property personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity and access control systems, document security-related observations, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour
