Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
- Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential loss prevention concerns, and report observations to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while supporting a professional, welcoming environment for customers and associates.
