Security Officer - Full-time - PM and Night Rotations - Waukesha

About the role

At ProHealth Care, we are seeking a Security Officer to join our team. This role involves full-time, rotating shifts between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with weekend and holiday rotations required.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and secure facilities to prevent theft and vandalism. - Respond to emergencies and assist in maintaining a safe environment. - Conduct routine patrols and respond to alarms. - Maintain communication with emergency services as needed. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED. - Associate's Degree or higher preferred. - At least 2 years related security experience preferred. - Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

- Must be able to work the required shifts and locations for the position.

Skills

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
