As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Service in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic educational location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide courteous customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour
Job Schedule: Daytime - Tue 06:15 AM - 02:45 PM, Wed 06:15 AM - 02:45 PM, Fri 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM, Sun 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate campus resources and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with supervisors and site personnel regarding daily activities and incidents.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
