Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Customer Service

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Customer Service in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production, storage, loading, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and document entries, deliveries, and incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate observations, concerns, and/or incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Tuesday: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Wednesday: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Thursday: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
