Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Credentialing

About the role

As a Full Time Patrol Driver Credentialing Security Officer in Swedesboro, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This unarmed patrol role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, supporting access control, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for this driving position).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).

Pay

$17.00 / hour
