Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Baytown, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, access points, and the perimeter, remaining aware of changing conditions common to an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or controlled areas.
• Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, employees, contractors, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, and incident updates.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license
