Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Alarm Panel

About the role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.
• Drive a vehicle as part of the job, adhering to Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence, assist with access control, visitor interactions, and directions while helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns, reporting observations to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
