Security Officer Full Time Patrol Compliance

About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location in Omaha, NE, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain professional communication with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
