As a Security Officer - Full Time - Overnights in Fremont, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and maintain a welcoming, professional presence. You will conduct routine patrols, report security-related concerns, help deter incidents, and provide clear communication and customer service. Pay

Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour, Full Time. Weekly pay.

Schedule

Full Time, Overnights: Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, unauthorized-entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entry points, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Support food facility protocols by monitoring restricted-area access, observing delivery and shipping activity, and documenting incidents, observations, and access-control activity.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
