As a Security Officer Full Time Office Patrol in CHESTER, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. You will use communication and technology skills to report security-related concerns and contribute to a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and guests by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws as a condition of employment.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$16.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
