Security Officer Full-Time Medical Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Patrol in Wexford, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and access-control procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Able to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
