As a Security Officer Full Time - Hospital Site in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Assist with monitoring entrances, visitor activity, and restricted areas while maintaining a professional and courteous presence in a healthcare environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
