We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview (company description). Could treat as About the role? Actually Overview is about company. Could be "About the role" or "About Allied Universal". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. Thus we need to extract sections: - Overview: Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Allied Universal". Since they said "About the role" as example, but we can use "About the role" heading and put the overview description. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" bullet list. - Requirements: "Minimum Requirements" bullet list. - Benefits: "Why Join Us" bullet list (Smart Tools, Career Growth, Financial and Health Benefits, Exclusive Perks). Could be Benefits section. - Pay: "Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour". So we need a Pay section. - Schedule: "Job Schedule DayTimeWed10:30 AM - 06:00 PMThur10:30 AM - 05:00 PMFri10:30 AM - 08:00 PMSat10:30 AM - 05:00 PMSun10:30 AM - 05:00 PM". This is messy but we need to include schedule. It's specific content, so we can include Schedule section. - Possibly Qualifications? Not separate; Minimum Requirements covers. - Skills? Not separate. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, closing, licensing, requisition ID, etc. Also remove "Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories..." maybe that's part of Minimum Requirements? It's a statement about hiring practice; could be considered part of Requirements? It's not a requirement per se but it's a condition. Might keep as part of Minimum Requirements? It's not a requirement for applicant but a policy. Might drop as boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about criminal histories. Might be considered part of Minimum Requirements? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly EEO but it's a legal statement about background check and drug screen. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a condition of employment. Might keep as part of Minimum Requirements? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the condition statements (background investigation, drug screen) as they are substantive. However they might be considered legal boilerplate. But they are specific to the job: "As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation..." and "As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen...". Those are substantive. Keep them. Also "Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment." That's also a condition. Keep. Also "A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only." Keep. Now "Why Join Us" includes Smart Tools, Career Growth, Financial and Health Benefits, Exclusive Perks. Those are benefits. So we can put them under Benefits section as a list. Now "Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour" -> Pay section. Schedule: The schedule text is weird: "Job Schedule DayTimeWed10:30 AM - 06:00 PMThur10:30 AM - 05:00 PMFri10:30 AM - 08:00 PMSat10:30 AM - 05:00 PMSun10:30 AM - 05:00 PM". Likely they omitted spaces; we can preserve as is but maybe format nicely? We must preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep the exact string. Could also add line breaks for readability but not required. We'll output as a

maybe. Now "Overview" paragraph: "Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, offers rewarding careers that provide you a sense of purpose. While working in a dynamic, welcoming, and collaborative workplace, you will be part of a team that contributes to a culture that positively impacts the communities and customers we serve." That's substantive. Now "Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Operations in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in an educational setting, you will welcome students, staff, and visitors while supporting access control and badge procedures. You will maintain a professional, visible presence, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Join Allied Universal, where our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first, works together, and acts with integrity." This is also substantive; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Might be better to include in About the role (overview of role). But we already have Overview about company. Could combine both into About the role. However we must not repeat job title as heading. We can have About the role section containing both company overview and role description. But we also have "What You'll Do" which is responsibilities. So we can separate. Thus sections: - About the role (h3) containing overview paragraph + job description paragraph (maybe combine into one

    or two

    s). Use

for prose. - Responsibilities (h3) with

    • list of duties from "What You'll Do". - Requirements (h3) with
      • list from Minimum Requirements. - Benefits (h3) with
        • list from Why Join Us. - Pay (h3) with

containing Pay Rate. - Schedule (h3) with

containing Job Schedule. We must not include sections with filler. All have content. Now ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The posting had duplicated lines? Not obvious. Now we need to strip out boilerplate: "Licensed by the New York State Department of State" maybe keep? It's a statement about licensing; could be part of Requirements? It's a note. Might keep as part of Requirements? It's not a requirement for applicant but a note about licensing. Could be considered legal boilerplate. Might drop? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Licensed by the New York State Department of State" is legal. Might drop. Also "Closing Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." drop EEO. Also "For more information: www.aus.com." drop. Also "If you have difficulty using the online system..." drop. Also "To find an office near you..." drop. Also "Requisition ID 2026-1687603" drop. Now also "Position Type: Full Time" maybe we can include in Overview? Not needed as separate section; but it's substantive. Could include in About the role paragraph. We'll add it. Now we need to ensure we don't create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does. Now format. Let's draft:
