Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Inspection

About the role

Allied Universal® is seeking a full‑time Driver Patrol Security Officer in Honolulu, HI. The unarmed officer will provide security and customer service at commercial real estate locations, conduct vehicle and foot patrols, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial‑real‑estate buildings, parking areas, common spaces, access points, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access to the property and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
• State, county, or city‑issued security license (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, depending on state or local regulations.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.
