Security Officer Full-Time Days

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location in Hebron, KY, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely response to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, access points, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and oncoming personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR certification is preferred.
