Security Officer-Full-Time(Bettendorf)3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide family style service to guests and staff.
• Offer directions, answer questions, and help resolve issues with courtesy and patience for guests and Team members.
• Aid in table and slot drops, cash escorts, chip fills, and other money-handling procedures.
• Respond to and assist with medical and safety emergencies promptly.
• Document incidents clearly using reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with state gaming regulations, hotel policies, and local laws.
• Maintain vigilance and report suspicious behavior and regulatory violations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to learn other Security-specific programs.
• Strong attention to detail when examining guest identification and behavior.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.
• High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
