As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Enrollment in High Point, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying identification, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and following established entry and exit procedures.
• Screen incoming deliveries, visitors, vendors, and contractors in accordance with site requirements, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter, documenting observed conditions and reporting security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
