Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Access Verification in San Jose, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a data-focused location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, document observations, and deliver professional customer service and communication.

- DayTime: Mon 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Tue 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Sat 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
