Northwest Security, Inc., established in 1967, is a leading security services firm in New England. Positions are available based on eligibility, background screening, drug testing, and orientation completion. Applicants must pass background checks and orientation to secure positions.

Responsibilities

  • Assure work schedules are designed for effective and efficient service provision.
  • Ensure proper staffing of security personnel at all posts.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Review and approve reports, duty logs, etc., submitted by security personnel.
  • Notify of all serious incidents promptly.
  • Maintain effective communications with assigned security personnel.
  • Counsel, advise, motivate, and discipline personnel as necessary.
  • Develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs.
  • Keep assigned personnel updated on procedure, policy, or regulation changes.
  • Perform other duties as required by the client or Northwest Security, Inc.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous security supervisor experience or related field/education.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Dependable means of transportation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and verbal).
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
