Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk location within an aerospace and defense environment by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor badges, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, communications, and security-related systems from a stationary front desk post; report irregularities or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reports related to visitor activity, access requests, incidents, and daily front desk operations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
