Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor credentials, issue access permissions as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence
• Answer phones, greet guests, manage visitor logs, and communicate with staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, appointments, and/or security-related concerns
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required documentation and communication channels
• Support access control operations by monitoring entry points, reviewing badges and credentials, and following established policies for employees, contractors, and/or guests

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required
• Be at least 21 years of age
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• A guard card/license is preferred
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday through Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
