Security Officer for Mall - Flex Schedules

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in Carson, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a retail-mall environment. This position requires routine patrols, visible deterrence, and outstanding customer service. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$19.00 / hour.

• Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM
• Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM
• Thursday: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM
• Friday: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM
