Security Officer - Flexible

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Security Officer – Response to work at the Lake Liberty site in Washington. The role varies day‑to‑day, covering customer service, patrols, surveillance and other special‑event duties, requiring adaptability and precision.

Schedule

Friday 11 am – 7 pm (guaranteed 8‑hour week, part‑time with flexibility to work any shifts throughout the week).

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.50 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
