The Security Professional Branch Flex Officer serves and safeguards clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, finance, retail, and more. Expect to work 30–40 hours per week with a schedule that varies week to week based on manager-assigned shifts and those claimed through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift self-scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments change regularly, requiring adaptability and dependability. You will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs. As a Security Officer Flex Patrol Driver with Security Clearance in Saint Louis, MO, you’ll expand your skillset, gain exposure to a variety of sites, and position yourself for advancement within the company.

Pay

Pay Rate: $34.06 / Hour

Schedule

30–40 hours per week. Schedule varies weekly based on manager-assigned shifts and self-scheduled shifts via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments change regularly. Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Irregular shifts with little to no advance notice are required to support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

Requirements

• Active DoD TS-SCI clearance required
• At least one year of security-related experience required
• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling
• Must be able to travel the required distance
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background investigation required as a condition of employment in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
