Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Documentation in Apex, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will respond to security-related concerns, support access procedures, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards and/or access concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
