Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor visitor access, support sign-in processes, and help to document deliveries, service providers, and/or guests entering the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and assist tenants, shoppers, and/or employees with front desk support in a professional manner.
• Observe activity in the lobby and adjacent entry areas and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
