Security Officer - Flex

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer in Folsom, CA. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, capable of working various shifts, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be at least 21 years old
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Be responsive and have strong problem-solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, it's a plus
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
• Complete additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings (available during the hiring process)

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly wage of $18.50 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)
