Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, check badges and/or identification, and help to control authorized access to the location in accordance with client-directed policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns through required reporting processes.
• Support visitor management activities by assisting with sign-in procedures, directing guests, and communicating access-related information with site contacts and Allied Universal personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify security-related issues, noting that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
