Job Description As a Security Officer Driving Patrol in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access activity while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Required Minimum 1 year or more of Security experience required Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history Job Schedule DayTime Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public emergency personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor management practices, and report maintenance or life-related issues observed during the shift. Complete routine reports, logs, and activity documentation related to patrols, incidents, and/or daily operations in support of the location's security-related procedures. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
