About the role

As a Security Officer First Aid Response Patrol in Chester, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures to maintain orderly entry and exit of authorized personnel and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.

$19.00 / Hour

• Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
