Responsibilities

As a Security Officer Facility Protection in Port Isabel, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents through a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors and team members while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established financial institution protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate relevant observations, incidents, and concerns to appropriate personnel.
