Job Description

As a Security Officer Experienced Armed Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. • DayTime: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain readiness for an armed post by following post orders, handling assigned equipment in accordance with policy, and supporting response efforts during escalated situations when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess an Act 235 qualification for Pennsylvania only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
