Pre-Employment Requirements

• 21+ Years of Age (C101)
• Security Experience - +1 Years (C115)

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, observe for unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior, and report security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations, and assist with directions, information, and general support for people at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
