As a Security Officer - Experience Required in Minneapolis, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or potential hazards to the appropriate contact.
- Aid with access control activities and follow site-specific protocols for visitors, employees, and/or vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
