Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points at an automotive facility, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access and visitor records.
- Control access for personnel, vehicles, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with established site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to access‑related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
