Pay Rate

$18.69 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed for security-related matters.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access permissions, and assist with controlling access in accordance with site guidelines and operational needs.
• Support day-to-day security-related operations by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and providing clear information to site leadership regarding incidents and/or concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
