Pay

$19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Fixed anchor shift: Tuesday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (daytime). This assignment requires a six‑month commitment. In addition to the fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through the Claim‑A‑Shift scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites — working part‑time hours one week and full‑time the next, as you choose.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors and delivery personnel, and reporting access-related issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations and actions taken.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• X‑Ray Screening Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required as a condition of employment (Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws).
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
