Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen people, bags, packages, and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with site policies and post instructions.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, recognizing that working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
