Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related front desk responsibilities.
  • Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor records, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with location policies.
  • Answer questions, direct guests to appropriate contacts or areas, and support sign-in, badge distribution, and appointment confirmation processes.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Observe front desk systems, phones, and entry points for security-related concerns, and document incidents, visitor activity, and daily reports as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Pay

Fixed-Shift Commitment: $21.75 / Hour

Claim-A-Shift Program: Additional earnings through extra shifts.
