$19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location; report suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
